Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a registered player on the ck44cm platform.

References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting. References to any statute or regulation include amendments to that statute or regulation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with the specific terms of an individual promotion or game, the more specific terms shall prevail for that promotion or game only.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the ck44cm platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a firm minimum and admits no exceptions regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of placing any bet or making any deposit.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of ck44cm or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners, unless written permission has been granted in advance by ck44cm management.
• You must not have been previously excluded from ck44cm or any other online gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme that remains active at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are uncertain whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must have provided accurate, truthful, and current personal information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

ck44cm uses third-party age and identity verification services in addition to its own KYC process. The platform may also use geo-location technology to verify your physical location at the time of login. If geo-location data indicates that you are accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory, your session may be suspended pending review. Continued access via VPN or other circumvention tools to bypass geo-location restrictions is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on the ck44cm platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used for account verification, KYC compliance, and payment processing.

Upon successful registration, ck44cm will send a verification message to your registered mobile number or email address. Your account will not be fully active until this verification step is completed. ck44cm reserves the right to request additional documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or proof of address — at any point during your use of the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck44cm login credentials. Specifically:

• Do not share your password, PIN, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other individual to access the ck44cm platform using your account, even temporarily.
• Do not save your password in a shared, public, or unsecured device or browser.
• Notify ck44cm support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ck44cm will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to ask for your password or full OTP code. Any message requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

ck44cm will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach occurred due to the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. Where ck44cm detects suspicious login activity, it may temporarily lock your account and require you to complete an additional identity verification step before access is restored.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ck44cm platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck44cm supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and ck44cm does not guarantee the continuous availability of any single payment channel.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ck44cm wallet instantly, subject to the mobile financial service provider's processing times. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. ck44cm does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck44cm accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to ck44cm's anti-money-laundering policy. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing times of 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to 3 business days for card withdrawals. Unverified accounts may experience delays until KYC documentation is submitted and approved.

• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the ck44cm account holder. Third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited.
• ck44cm reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests, including requesting proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash account showing the registered mobile number).
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not yet wagered at least once are subject to a processing review. ck44cm may decline withdrawal requests that appear to constitute deposit cycling without genuine gaming activity.
• Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed through a card issuer or payment provider without first contacting ck44cm support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• ck44cm does not accept cryptocurrency, e-wallet services other than those explicitly listed, or cash transfers as payment methods.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

ck44cm periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback rewards, and tournament prize pools to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that individual offer.

The following general rules apply to all ck44cm bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed the ck44cm registration process and, where applicable, have passed KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or loyalty-based offer. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple instances of the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x the bonus amount) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified — typically 7 to 30 days from bonus activation.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% to 20%). Games with an RTP above 97% may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
• While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet or stake per round that counts toward clearing the requirement is ৳2,000 (or as stated in the specific promotion terms). Bets exceeding this amount do not count toward wagering and may result in bonus forfeiture if they represent an attempt to circumvent the wagering conditions.
• ck44cm reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given where practicable. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly credited or has expired prematurely should contact ck44cm support at [email protected] within 48 hours of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this window may not be processed.

Section 6

Betting & Casino Game Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the ck44cm platform, you agree to abide by the rules of that specific game or market as published within the platform. Game rules for all slots, live casino titles, and sports betting markets are accessible from the relevant game or market page after ck44cm login.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket matches, BWF for badminton, FIVB for volleyball). In-play bets are settled based on the score or state of play at the time the bet is confirmed by the ck44cm system. ck44cm reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where the relevant market has been suspended at the time of placement.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or round will be settled according to the provider's recorded server data, which is the authoritative source of record.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

ck44cm maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, and conduct that harms other players or the integrity of games and markets. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity, for any purpose including bonus collection.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard players through the normal user interface.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in ck44cm's odds or game payouts — including knowingly placing bets on incorrectly priced markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any conduct that exploits non-public information to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets.
• Colluding with other players on poker tables or other competitive games to share cards, coordinate strategy, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the ck44cm platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving the benefit of a deposit or bonus.
• Attempting to access or tamper with any area of the ck44cm platform outside of the standard player interface, including through hacking, SQL injection, or similar technical attacks.
• Abusing ck44cm's live chat support team — including threatening, harassing, or making discriminatory statements toward support agents — will result in immediate account suspension.

Where ck44cm identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to: freeze your account balance pending investigation; void all bets and wagers placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; permanently close your account; and recover any funds withdrawn through fraudulent activity through legal proceedings if necessary. ck44cm's determination of prohibited conduct is final, subject to the Complaints process set out in Section 9.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or ck44cm may initiate the closure of your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-Initiated Closure: If you wish to close your ck44cm account voluntarily, contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. You must specify whether the closure is permanent or a temporary self-exclusion. Your real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account passes a final KYC review. Any Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

ck44cm-Initiated Suspension or Closure: ck44cm may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Bonus Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or during a KYC review.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, as defined by no login, deposit, or bet activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from a recognised responsible gaming organisation or regulatory body.
• Detection of activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

Where ck44cm closes an account for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Where closure results from a confirmed breach, ck44cm may apply a lien against your balance to offset any losses or costs caused by the breach, with any remaining balance returned after deduction.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44cm excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, platform downtime, or Force Majeure events beyond ck44cm's reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from platform maintenance, third-party server failures, or cybersecurity incidents that could not have been prevented by reasonable security measures.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet wagering requirements before a bonus expiry date.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss, including loss of reputation, loss of opportunity, or financial loss arising from reliance on published odds that contained a pricing error.
• Any loss arising from your use of VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to access the platform from a Prohibited Territory.

ck44cm's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck44cm account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck44cm's liability for death or personal injury caused by ck44cm's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you believe ck44cm has acted in breach of these Terms or has handled your account, payment, or dispute incorrectly, you may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. ck44cm will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days (BST, UTC+6).

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

ck44cm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the value of your account in a meaningful way — ck44cm will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a banner notification on the platform and, where possible, via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the ck44cm platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Requests for closure submitted within 7 days of a material amendment notification will be processed on a priority basis.

The effective date displayed at the top of the page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Previous versions of these Terms are retained by ck44cm for internal record-keeping but are not published externally.
